Our first outing on the water and we were delighted that our amazing ocean rowing coach Duncan Roy – Rowing Roy – was dropping a boat off @rannochadventure as we were launching and popped down to see what we were up to! After months of zoom calls we have finally met him in person. We are so looking forward to your trip to Jersey in a few weeks Duncan to really get started on our ocean training.
