Gorgeous day for a paddle! Making the most of the only weather window we have had in the past two weeks, we finally managed to get out rowing in Jersey waters for the first time and it was fab. Sadly the winds are picking up again tomorrow for the next week or so, so she will be coming off the water and we will be back full on at the gym and on the erg. Gotta do what you gotta do…….
